 Amount of dissociation

Assuming an equilibrium between AB and (A+B), the amount of dissociation of a complex or molecular species is found by solving the equilibrium equation knowing the total concentration.
More complicated complexes can not be analyzed with this calculation.
Fill in the known dissocation constant and the total concentration of AB in the solution (i.e. both associated and dissociated put together). The amount of AB that becomes dissociated upon dissolution is calculated. The association constat (affinity constant) is the reciprocal of the dissocation constant, and is also given. This calc is suitable for many cases, including enzyme binding, acid dissociation, and other complexes.
