Molal concentration diagram
The molality of a solution is defined as the concentration in moles per kg of solvent. This is sometimes convenient because of the high accuracy with which it can be determined (as opposed to molarity).

There is no easy way to convert between molarity and molality, since the molal concentration is according to a specific quantity of solvent, while the molar concentration is dependant on the volume of solution. However, for weak solutions in water, molar and molal concentrations are almost identical.
